At the bottom of the frying pot, there are heating pipes made of durable steel for providing the frying heat. This frying machine also has two heating methods: electric heating and gas heating. Besides, there are two design highlights for this commercial batch fryer: the automatic feeding and discharging system and the automatic temperature control system.
- The automatic feeding and discharging system: there is the automatic feeding pot can add the materials into the frying pot so that it can avoid labor touching and reducing the chance of burns. Through the way of motor lifting, the automatic dumping after the completion of the bombing, reducing the labor intensity of the workers, to ensure the uniformity of the product’s bombing time.
- The automatic temperature control system: when the oil temperature is higher than the set temperature, the electric heating tube (burner) stops automatically. The batch fryer machine adopts the principle of oil-water mixing, which saves oil and is environmentally friendly. This machine solves the problem that the traditional fryer is overheated and dried, causing a large amount of oil to volatilize. The unique oil-water mixing technology allows the water below the oil layer to continuously generate a small amount of steam and penetrates into the oil layer to replenish the frying oil, thereby inhibiting the oil from being volatilized.
We can adjust the electronic control device to control the frying temperature as needed, effectively reducing the frying. The degree of oxidation of the oil inhibits the production of acid, thereby prolonging the life cycle of the frying oil and reducing waste, saving more than 50% of oil compared to conventional fryers, while reducing air pollution.
