A: We are an experienced manufacturer and exporter for more than 10 years. All our machines are manufactured by ourselves with factory direct sales, product quality and after-sales service can be guaranteed. We own a technical team comprised of over-average experts in innovation. Notably, we own high-level factories and cooperating factories who can offer efficient manufacturing and high-end products when dealing with a bulk order.
- Q: Do you provide overseas installation service of the food machine?
A: If you buy machines from us, we will dispatch the most professional engineer to your local site to guide the installation. After the installation, the engineer will also do the commissioning and train the workers to operate the machines and do the maintenance.
- Q: Are the spare parts available if I bought your machine?
A: Yes. The spare parts are available. We will give you a 5% discount if you buy from us on the basis of our best price.
- Q: How do I know about the details and quality of your food processing machine?
A: First, we have product brochures covering all details including parameters, raw materials, output, etc. Including most of our production lines; secondly, we can provide you with videos filmed on-site with details about the working process and how mechanical parts work during operation; at last, you are warmly welcomed for on-site inspection at our factories and we can also recommend our regular customers of your place for your visiting.
- Q: Why there is a difference in the price for the same food machine from different manufacturers?
A: Good question! First, actually, the prices are different just because the food machines are different. You may see that their appearances and structures are alike, but their quality and service life will be different. Because the steel plate’s thickness is different, and the thicker, the better the quality. The steel material is also the main factor. Besides, the motor with different brands will also affect the production effects. So you shouldn’t go for low prices only.

A: It depends on the quantity of the product, generally, we will arrange shipment within 5 to 10 days after receiving payment. But for the customized machine with complex structure, it may need about one month for delivering.

A: Don’t worry, we will do this for you. We can help you to select the most appropriate equipment and provide you the best plan for food production line based on your economic budget, raw materials, working site size and production capacity. You can just provide us your actual requirements, and we can design good plans with the least cost for you.

A: Generally, we will provide a standard export wooden case or find a professional packing company for well-packing. It depends on the products packaging weight which should be subject to the actual package.
