What precautions should be taken when using a food vacuum packaging machine?
- When the machine’s vacuum pump is running, its oil level should be 3/4 of the height of the oil window. If it is less than 1/2 of the height of the oil window, it should be filled with high-speed vacuum pump oil in time. The oil level is too high or too low. Both will be detrimental to the vacuum pump motor.
- The electric food vacuum packaging machine should be placed horizontally, and the environment should be well ventilated. In addition, the machine should be installed with a protective ground wire, and the connection points should be checked frequently to ensure personal safety.
- The heating time and heating temperature should be set at a suitable position before the machine works, and the principle of low to high should be followed, and the heat sealing time and temperature must not be set high at one time, so as not to burn the electric heating components or gather heat. - If there is an emergency when using a vacuum food packaging machine, press the emergency stop button immediately. At this time, the cover can be opened by itself.
- When the machine makes an abnormal noise and the pointer of the vacuum meter does not move, it indicates that the vacuum pump may run in the wrong direction. The phase of the three-phase power supply may be inconsistent with the phase of the factory and should be shut down immediately, otherwise, the vacuum pump may be easily damaged. At this time, it is only necessary to exchange any two of the three-phase power sources (single-phase power sources do not have this phenomenon).
- Always check the sealing surface of the Teflon varnished cloth for foreign matter or unevenness to ensure the sealing quality. If damaged, it should be replaced in time.
- Regularly check whether the screws of various parts of the food vacuum sealer are loose and whether the vacuum chamber of the vacuum packaging machine moves left and right flexibly. The moving parts and oil holes of the machine should be filled with an appropriate amount of lubricant. After the machine is finished, the main power should be cut off.
