- Before using the pasta extruder, use a special wrench to open the nut and take out the spiral rod, and wipe the surface barrel and the spiral rod clean. Then insert the spiral rod into the sleeve and align the drive key on the spiral rod with the “turn sleeve” slot.
- After the other materials such as dry slag in the knives and noodle knives are soaked in water, clean them by vibration. Be careful not to clean them with a hard tool. After cleaning, select the ideal tool to fit on the front end of the mold, screw on the nut, and tighten with a special wrench.
- After connecting the power supply, start the pasta maker to idle for a few minutes, and when there is no abnormal sound, you can use it.
- After each use of the noodle maker, remove the nut, and remove and clean the cutter mold. Add water to the hopper and turn the remaining noodle in the machine out for two minutes. Then stop and use a special wrench to squat down behind the spiral rod to extract the lead screw. After that, clean the surface slag on the upper side of the screw and the inner wall of the sleeve. Then clean the surface slag in the nut and the flour pieces in the four-shaped groove at the front end of the screw.
- Note: If the surface slag is not cleaned in the daily maintenance of the pasta machine, the residual surface slag will dry out and block the surface, which will affect the normal use of the machine. In addition, overloading of the pasta machine can cause the nut to break or even damage the gearbox and motor. Do not lubricate with thin oil. Lubricate the oil every three months in the gearbox.
