How does the vegetable drainer work?
This fruit and vegetable vibrating drainer is mainly composed of a bracket, the vibration eccentric device, an electric control cabinet, a vibrating screen mounted on the bracket, and vibrating motors disposed at a lower portion of the vibrating screen. In addition, the lower part of the vibrating screen is provided with small drawers side by side, and a water storage base is arranged at the lower part of the small drawers arranged side by side. A drain outlet is provided on one side of the water storage base to discharge the collected water.
When the wet fruits and vegetables, packed snack foods and other materials are put on the mesh screen of this dewatering shaker, this machine can remove the excess water very quickly. The vibrating drainer is driven by a double vibration motor. When the two vibration motors are synchronized and reversely rotated, the exciting forces generated by the eccentric devices cancel each other in a direction parallel to the motor axis and are combined in a direction perpendicular to the motor shaft.
Therefore, the movement trajectory of this unit is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle with respect to the screen surface. Under the combined force of the excitation force and the material self-gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and linearly moved forward, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and dehydrating the material.
