春巻きのレシピ 1:

材料:春巻きの皮、タイチキンソース、イチゴジャム

加工方法： 1. パパイヤを切り、タイチキンソースと混ぜ、春巻きに巻きます。 2. 少量のパパイヤを薄くスライスして花びら状に丸め、最後にジャムを混ぜてお召し上がりください。 （漬物などを加えても良いです）

春巻きのレシピ２：

作り方：1.ピーマンのピクルスを水で沸騰させ、少量の砂糖、塩、グルタミン酸ナトリウムを加えて冷やし、少量の酢を加えます。 2. キュウリと原料を2〜3時間浸します。 3. キュウリをチューブ状に切り、黄ピーマン、赤ピーマン、ニンジンの細切り、レタスの芽をチューブに入れ、赤油を敷いた皿に置きます。

春巻きのレシピ３：

原材料: 赤いトマト、パパイヤ、アロエベラ、蜂蜜、春巻き

方法： 1.トマトを熱湯で洗い、皮をむいて切り、種を取り除きます。蜂蜜をミキサーに加えてジュースを作り、冷蔵庫に入れます。 2.パパイヤの皮と種を取り、ひし形に変形させ、アロエを均等に割ります。 食器に入れ、周りにパパイヤを置きます。トマトジュースがあれば、上記の具材を春巻きに巻いても使えます。

春巻きのレシピ４：

材料：春巻きの皮 300g、ネギ 150g、もやし 40g、人参絹 40g、白練りごま 5g、乾燥豆 40g

調味料：ラー油 5ml、胡麻だれ 30g

加工方法： 1.春巻きを1分間蒸気で取り除き、分離します。

2. 長ねぎは洗って汚れを落とし、2cm幅に切ります。乾燥豆はみじん切りにする。緑豆もやしはきれいに洗います。
3. ネギ、豆腐、緑豆もやし、にんじんを野菜皿に混ぜます。
4. 春巻きを 1 本取り、春巻きの中心に適切な具材を置き、長方形に巻きます。
5. フライパンに少量の油を入れて弱火で60%火にかけ、包んだ春巻きを加えて両面きつね色になるまで焼きます。
6. ごまだれに冷やした熱湯を少量加え、ラー油と茹でた白ごまを加えてよく混ぜます。
7. 揚げ春巻きは煮込みながら食べられます。
