Sweet potato deep processing equipment mainly includes the sweet potato washing machine, sweet potato peeling machine, sweet potato slicer, etc. For most food processing plants and vegetable wholesalers, sweet potato cleaning and peeling machines are ideal equipment. Especially, the sweet potato peeler is often used in the processing plant for producing sweet potato fries. Our factory recently exported a commercial sweet potato peeling machine to Uganda, with a processing capacity of 500kg/h. In fact, our factory has exported sweet potato cleaning and peeling equipment to Uganda many times.
Overview of sweet potato planting in Uganda
고구마 수확면적과 생산량 측면에서 우간다는 아프리카 최대의 고구마 생산국이다. 우리나라는 세계 8위의 고구마 생산국으로, 391,974헥타르의 수확 면적에서 약 1,656,981톤의 고구마를 생산하고 있습니다. 우간다의 고구마 생산은 주로 인구 밀도가 높은 지역(1000~2000m2)에 집중되어 있습니다.
고구마가 자라기 위해서는 15°C~35°C의 온도와 비교적 높은 광도, 750~1000mm의 연평균 강수량이 필요합니다. 우간다는 적도 지역에 위치해 있어 일년 내내 강우량이 많고 일조 시간이 길기 때문에 식물이 덥고 습한 기후의 혜택을 누릴 수 있습니다.
고구마는 우간다에서 세 번째로 중요한 작물이며, 우간다 모든 지역에서 적어도 일년에 두 번 재배되는 바나나와 카사바에 이어 두 번째입니다. 우간다의 고구마 재배는 덩이줄기 작물 경작지 중 약 55%를 차지합니다.
Main applications of sweet potato peeling machine in Uganda

Many customers in Uganda are engaged in the deep processing of sweet potato by-products, such as processed and baked sweet potato chips, crispy sweet potato fries, sweet potato flour, etc.
시판 고구마 껍질 벗기는 기계는 세탁기 속 딱딱한 솔의 느린 회전과 고구마와 고구마 사이의 마찰을 이용하여 고구마를 빠르게 세척하고 껍질을 벗깁니다. 세척 및 필링 기계의 상부에는 지속적인 물 배출을 위한 물 배출관이 장착되어 있습니다.
높이가 고르지 않은 단단한 강모가 기계 바닥면과 중앙 및 하단에 균일하게 분포되어 기계 내에서 고구마의 지속적인 롤링을 구현할 수 있습니다. 고구마 한 묶음의 세척 시간은 약 5~10분입니다(구체적인 세척 시간은 고구마의 신선도에 따라 다릅니다).
